WONKA’S SWEET ESCAPE HAS LANDED IN TORONTO

Now's your chance to gaze at a 30 foot tall chocolate-candy tree.

Attention all candy-cravers, fun fanatics, and Timothée Chalamet lovers: The latest Wonka activation at Toronto’s Yorkdale Mall this holiday season is the collaboration you’ve been waiting for.

This week, Warner Bros. Pictures Canada introduced Wonka’s Sweet Escape, a world-exclusive and immersive activation at Yorkdale, marking the celebration of the holiday season’s most eagerly awaited film release, which lands in theatres on December 15th.

The star-studded cast took to social media to unveil the new attraction:

So, what can you expect to see at the activation? A world of pure imagination, of course. The space is filled with whimsical photo ops (including floating balloons), giveaways and more surprises.

The ultimate highlight? A 30-foot chocolate-candy cherry blossom tree which turns the sugar-coated world of the film into a reality. Plus, there’s a larger-than-life Wonka chocolate bar and a prop replica of the chocolate-maker’s iconic walking cane.

The activation is open from now until January 2nd, located in Yorkdale’s East Court, between Birks and Canada Goose.
