The Brady Bunch cast: Where are they now?
It’s been over 55 years since ‘The Brady Bunch’ premiered in 1969. Though the beloved sitcom wrapped in 1974, its cast stayed in the spotlight through acting work, reunions, and TV appearances that kept the Brady legacy going strong. Maureen McCormick, who played Marcia, continued working in television with roles on shows like ‘The Love Boat,’ ‘Fantasy Island,’ and ‘Passions.’ She also returned for many of the Brady reunions, most notably reuniting with her TV siblings for HGTV’s blockbuster series ‘A Very Brady Renovation’ in 2019. Barry Williams, known as Greg, channeled his Brady fame into a vibrant career on reality and competition television. Alongside his Brady brothers Christopher Knight and Mike Lookinland, he competed on ‘The Masked Singer’ as “The Mummies” in 2022, and later placed seventh on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ in 2023. He also co-hosts ‘The Real Brady Bros’ podcast alongside Christopher Knight, revisiting classic episodes and memories from the show. Christopher Knight, who portrayed Peter, continued acting and appeared in reality TV projects such as ‘The Surreal Life.’ He married ‘America’s Next Top Model' winner Adrianne Curry in 2006; however, the pair sadly announced their split in 2011. Knight later found love once again and married his fourth wife, Cara Kokenes, in 2016. And finally, there’s Eve Plumb, who played Jan. Plumb went on to guest star in hit shows like ‘That '70s Show’ and ‘Army Wives’ before turning her focus to painting. Some of her work has even been showcased at the Bilotta Gallery in Florida.

What starts as a bizarre low-budget musical quickly becomes one of the most important queer cultural phenomena in modern history. Released in 1975 to weak reviews and nearly abandoned by studios, The Rocky Horror Picture Show initially looked like a complete failure — an absurd sci-fi comedy filled with campy dialogue, drag performances, sexual chaos, fishnets, horror references, glam rock aesthetics, and wildly unconventional characters. But beneath all the weirdness was something much more radical for its time: a public celebration of gender nonconformity, queer sexuality, self-expression, and liberation during an era when openly queer people still faced enormous social hostility and violence. The video traces Rocky Horror’s origins through the glam rock explosion of the early 1970s, the aftermath of the Stonewall riots, and creator Richard O’Brien’s fascination with gender fluidity, camp theater, and old horror films. At first, the movie struggled commercially — until midnight screenings slowly transformed it into something entirely new. Audience members began shouting jokes at the screen, dressing in costume, performing scenes live in front of the movie, and eventually turning screenings into massive communal rituals built around participation and freedom. Over time, these screenings evolved into safe spaces where queer people could publicly experiment with clothing, drag, sexuality, and identity in ways mainstream society still heavily punished outside theater walls.
